Do you know that millions of young people in Africa graduate from high school and college every year without ever having held a book that challenges their thinking, sparks their leadership potential, or unlocks a vision of what’s possible through them? 

To change their lives, communities, and countries, we believe that every young person deserves access to leadership and financial literacy resources.

Through our Leadership Books Acquisition and Donation Program, we carefully select timeless, transformational leadership and financial literacy books (Think and Grow Rich, The Richest Man in Babylon, The Alchemist, The Four Agreements, and Commit First, and a few others), and donate them to schools, community and national libraries, colleges, and grassroots institutions across Africa.

This program has been a huge success in Kenya, where we have donated over 695 books to the Kenya National Library Service, with whom we signed an MoU enabling seamless distribution of our book donations to the corporation’s 63+ branches Kenya-wide. 

While we have donated over 2,005 books so far in various countries, we intend to donate 100,000 more across Africa and shape mindsets that drive personal growth, innovation, and community change. We aim to offer African youth a new lens to see the world and their place in bettering it.

Thanks to generous partners, through whose support we’re making confident strides into this program. With every donation, we’re planting seeds of leadership, entrepreneurship, resilience, and purpose. 

Each book becomes a reliable roadmap, guiding young leaders as they navigate their dreams and responsibilities, and contributing to the success of SDGs 4, 9, and 10.
