At The Trueness Project, we believe that real change begins with truth, and truth begins with an opportunity to dream, learn, lead, and share real-life stories.
In our three years of operations in Nepal and across various countries in Africa, we have reliably noted that millions of brilliant young minds remain unheard, their stories untold, and their potential untapped, not because they lack vision, but because they lack the resources to rise.
Responding to this need, we have set out on a journey of reshaping the future of African youth.
Through strategic, life-changing initiatives focused on leadership and financial literacy promotion, education, authorship, and digital empowerment, we are building a new generation of bold leaders.
Of young people who not only read the great books of our time but also write and publish the next ones for their peers and the next generation.
Our three in-progress programs are leaving an indelible mark of transformation in the lives of millions of young people across Africa.

Book Donations
We acquire and donate leadership & financial literacy books to national libraries, schools, and communities across Africa, through formal partnerships with national and community library networks. We have handpicked classics such as Think and Grow Rich, The Alchemist, and The Richest Man in Babylon, among others, to inspire leadership, vision, and entrepreneurship in young minds.

Book Authorship
We carefully select and mentor approximately 20 excellent students from at least one high school or institution per country to co-author and publish a leadership book, capturing their real-life stories on leadership, innovation, and transformation strategies, their journeys’ challenges notwithstanding. Inspired by our 2025 success with the Leading Forward: Kereri Girls’ Leadership Journey book in Kenya, this initiative ensures our target audience doesn’t just read; they reflect, implement, write their insights, and influence others globally.

Laptop Donations
To equip more young people with digital skills and connect them with opportunities globally, we are gearing up to locally purchase and donate 100 quality laptops to underserved high schools and leadership-focused colleges in each country we visit. Among myriad other benefits, this initiative also supports digital access to the book writing mentorship and our online mentorship course: Cultivating Authentic Leadership: Discover, Lead, Thrive.
